What We Do

Health Coverage Plan
Our Access C3 Health Plan provides a  coverage option for Muskegon area workers who don’t qualify for Medicaid but can’t afford traditional medical insurance.

Community Health Support
We offer support and assistance for various grassroots initiatives and programs to support the health of the Muskegon community.

Shared Costs, Shared Benefits

Because the funding structure for our health plan combines resources from community stakeholders with a vested interest in community health – including care providers, hospitals, and businesses, members only pay 30% of the premiums.

Our Multi-Share Model

Our goal is to improve health quality, healthcare delivery, and lower health costs. Since 1999, the cost of health coverage through Access Health has increased less than 1% per year.
