Stress Busters class involves learning how to reduce stress responses to everyday life demands. Resources and various suggestions and helpful hints will be presented to help you manage and cope with the stressors in your life. During the class we will set individual goals and the instructor will email or call you to help guide you to your new healthy habit! We will follow up with you for 4 weeks to ensure that you have the accountability you are looking for!
