Good Nutrition is the Mission
May 19 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Nutrition is often portrayed as complex, but in reality, it is rather simple. Whether you are striving to eat better or more consistently, setting and accomplishing small goals along the way is very beneficial.
This class will explain the importance of proper nutrition and provide you with various ideas to choose from to guide you in making any changes to your current dietary habits.
Examples may include aiming for 9-12 cups of water per day or incorporating protein sources into your diet at least 5 days per week. Even if options listed are not of interest to you, you will be free to create your own!
During the class, individual goals will be set and then the instructor will email or call you to help guide you towards your goal! We will follow up with you for 4 weeks to ensure that you have the accountability you are looking for!
