Good Nutrition is the Mission

Nutrition is often portrayed as complex, but in reality, it is rather simple. Whether you are striving to eat better or more consistently, setting and accomplishing small goals along the way is very beneficial.
This class will explain the importance of proper nutrition and provide you with various ideas to choose from to guide you in making changes to your current dietary habits.
Examples may include aiming for 9-12 cups of water per day or incorporating protein sources into your diet at least 5 days per week. Even if options listed are not of interest to you, you are welcome to create your own!
With this, your class instructor will hold you accountable for four weeks following the class. You must respond to your instructor four times, one time per week, via email or phone for class credit.
