Exploring New Habits

This class simply offers a wide range of suggestions and ways to explore to create a new habit. The goal is to seek new ways of trying to develop and keep consistent with new habits that YOU want to pursue-whatever they may be! During the class goals will be set and then the instructor will email or call you to help guide you towards your new habit! We will follow up with you for 4 weeks to ensure that you have the accountability you are looking for!
